Let your voice ring out,
As I lament in your style
The anguish, the trauma and pain
Love's brought, is shouting from you, loud!
Your figure in the public face,
Poses like an icon in the land of fame,
And tomorrow, the papers will say,
That you're stoned again, sunk to the depths, down
with your mate.
And the angst expression written in your songs
Exudes a sense of sadness, being lost and alone.
The media want your scandalous image prolonged,
And to see you fall, the tragic artist becomes a genious when gone,
I see the little girl being strangled and used,
But as a woman of talent you bend all the rules,
Some may think, there're no flies on you,
Because your wayward behaviour makes national news.
But, the music you sing in the style that you house,
Is like excellent vintage wine, without any drop of doubt.
like this one a lot
