THE JEALOUS SUN.

The sun shone jealously
Through the balcony doors,
In this time of summer's ending,
Essences abound affectionate clouds stimulate
And hum more,
While the gentle breeze welcomes the rise of
Autumn's face tenderly.

I look at your hair set in a pony tail,
As you potter in the kitchen speaking...
Emphatically to a friend on the mobile,
Your heart speaks in tones of a womanly child,
The face shows a mature innocence such beauty
in guile.

And as for your demeanor so loving,
Now teases my heart to reciprocate something
In a manner of a physical response which results
Quite spontaneously into affectionate hugging.

The sun shines jealously in my living room,
And the love for you at this moment is
Magnified without reason except being caught
In the majesty of this summer's perfume,
Magnified by the power of my love for you.
