AND LIFE GOES ON. (CROSSROADS).

Pressure:
That constant rising of tension,
Formed by the entity called mind.
Sometimes pressure implies explosion,
Madness lies dormant...
confusion its disguise.

A howling of the grim reaper,
A loved one taken from your world,
Sanity for a while goes asunder,
Yet held on by a thread ones sense of mirth.

Saved by a philosophy or a buffer or a friend,
Everydayness stops you screaming...
control takes the reigns.
And time will wander aimlessly;
'oblivious,'
Never counting the days.

Each moment spared,
Each day a lesser pain,
Pressure that ever constant,
Tension that knawing plaque,
Stress! That staunch reminder of the absence...
of peace in your domain,
Brow beaten, dare you look back.

Screaming sometimes behind a smile,

Guilt creeps, drumming that life goes on,
And everyone alive throughout the world...
will experience that same old song.

That's not the point I infer.

Just you! the cosmic conscience recognizes
much, the uniqueness of your pain,
And from this day your life has changed,
You've grown, the crossroads have come to play,
And never shall you walk that same road again.
